Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact VetSpens so that we can assist in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
